Thua Thien Hue Power Company: endeavor to promote power service at level 4 to customers
Technological developments during 4th industrial revolution have enabled the completion of many utilities, customer services in all fields, including power sector and have brought a lot of utilities towards people, enterprises and authorities.

On 21/12/2018, Vietnam Electricity announced the plan “Supply of power service at level 4”. This is the highest level in supplying public services according to the governmental regulation, which marked a radical turn in customer service, in thinking from “only supplying power” into “supplying power services” in which customers are centered.
Since that day, Thua Thien Hue Power Company has performed many solutions for promoting power service at level 4 to its customers via modernly technological platforms.
With the motto “Power Company reaches out to customers”, to access and use services from Power Company, customers merely need to contact via online flatforms from service registration to service payment. There is no need for customers to physically visit service offices of power sector, all procedures are performed simply and conveniently with only a smartphone and stable internet connection, all services are provided publicly and are easy to check and monitor.

Currently, Thua Thien Hue Power Company has provided 100% power services via online platforms. Especially, Thua Thien Hue Power Company is one of the first power companies which completed upgradation of power service to level 4 on Thua Thien Hue provincial portal.

After over 6 months of implementation, with practical utilities towards customers, the percentage of customers using online power services in Thua Thien Hue province has reached nearly 50%, in which mainly through 3 platforms: Contact Center at 19001909, Website https://cskh.cpc.vn and provincial portal for public services.

The change of customers in their habits from registering power service at offices of power sectors into registering online is a remarkable achievement, which demonstrates advantages of online services towards customers and gradually furthers digitalization of all power services and trades to customers.
Apart from that, another important feature when providing power service at level 4 is online payment. Thua Thien Hue Power Company cooperated with 15 banks and 04 non-banking financial institutions to provide online payment services to customers.
