Women Committee of Gia Lai PC confers gifts to orphans

In the celebration of 91 years of the establishment of Vietnam Women Union (Oct 20, 1930 – Oct 20, 2021), this year, the Women Committee of Gia Lai PC visited and conferred gifts to orphans at Joseph Shelter, hamlet 1, Ia H’lop commune, Chu Se district.

Joseph Shelter was established in 2004. Currently, it is home of 126 orphaned kids, most of them are ethnic minority, some of them with disability, and having health issue. The shelter management fees depended greatly from Mr. Dinh Minh Nhat.
During the visit, the delegation had spent quality time with the kids, inquired them about school, work, hobbies, and such… Also, the delegation donated the shelter many essential necessities: rice, instant noodles, cooking oils, and etc. the total values over 10 million VND.
Ms. Ho Thi Minh Hieu, head of Gia Lai PC’s Women Committee shared: “Being here, able to understand the kids’ living conditions and the kindness of Mr. Nhat, no one was able to hold up their tears. Gia Lai PC staffs would like to accompany other businesses and sponsors together to support Mr. Nhat taking care of the kids, giving them a better future, especially in this complicated Covid 19 pandemic.”
